The room was quiet and offered central heating, a multi-channel television, and a radio. The great decor with a pleasant view over the lake was a nice surprise. The hotel was set in a remote area next door to beautiful gardens, providing good separation from the houses beyond. The hotel has a good restaurant in Ypres.

The hotel's location was remote, close to a farm. Plus, it was near the centre of Ypres, a good restaurant in Ypres and the gardens.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby WW1 battlefields, and I found it very convenient to have easy access to Ypres by car. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with excellent facilities and a lovely view. The breakfast provided was delicious, providing a great start to my day of exploring.
The only small issue I had was that the hotel's restaurant wasn't open very often. However, this didn't detract from my overall experience, as there were plenty of other dining options available nearby.
